Nipoflanges

Nipoflange | Flanged Branch Outlet | ASME B16.5 Flange Dimensions, Where Applicable | Class 150–2500

Elite provides Nipoflanges for compact 90° branch connections in process piping systems. A Nipoflange combines a forged branch outlet with an integral flange, providing a direct flanged connection from a main pipe or header to valves, instruments, equipment or branch piping.

Nipoflanges are commonly used where a compact, forged branch connection is preferred over a fabricated branch assembly. They are suitable for process piping, headers, manifolds and high-pressure applications, with materials, flange dimensions and branch geometry selected according to the applicable standards and project requirements.

Nipoflange Configuration

90° Branch Connection

The Nipoflange provides a compact 90° branch connection from the main pipe or header to a flanged outlet. The flanged end allows direct connection to valves, piping, equipment or other flanged components.

Integral Forged Construction

The branch outlet and flange are produced as an integrated forged component where specified, reducing the need for separate fabricated branch components.

Reinforced Branch Outlet

The branch geometry provides an integrally reinforced connection designed according to the applicable branch fitting standard, pipe dimensions and project requirements.

Flange Facing

Available facing configurations may include:

  • Raised Face (RF)
  • Flat Face (FF)
  • Ring Type Joint (RTJ)

Facing selection depends on size, pressure class, material, mating equipment and project requirements.
