Flangeolet

Flangeolet | Flanged Branch Outlet | MSS SP-97 | RF / FF / RTJ | Class 150–2500

Elite provides Flangeolets for compact, integrally reinforced branch connections in process piping systems. A Flangeolet combines a forged branch outlet with a flanged connection, providing a direct 90° branch from a main pipe or header to valves, equipment or branch piping.

The flanged outlet eliminates the need for a separate branch fitting and flange assembly, providing a compact connection suitable for process headers, high-pressure piping and equipment connections. Flange dimensions and facing are selected according to the applicable flange standard and project requirements.

Flangeolet Configuration

90° Flanged Branch Outlet

A Flangeolet provides a 90° branch from the main pipe or header with an integral flanged outlet. The flange allows direct bolted connection to valves, piping, equipment or other flanged components.

Integrally Forged Construction

The branch outlet is manufactured as an integrated forged component, providing a compact connection and eliminating the need for a separate fabricated branch and flange assembly.

Reinforced Branch Design

The branch outlet incorporates an integrally reinforced body designed according to the applicable branch fitting standard, pipe dimensions, pressure, temperature and service requirements.

Flange Facing

Available configurations include:

  • Raised Face (RF)
  • Flat Face (FF)
  • Ring Type Joint (RTJ)

Facing selection depends on size, pressure class, mating equipment and project requirements.
