Socket Weld Full Couplings

ASME B16.11 | Forged Socket Weld Full Couplings | Class 3000–9000 | NPS 1/8–4

Elite is a manufacturer and supplier of Forged Socket Weld Full Couplings manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.11. Socket Weld Full Couplings are forged fittings used to permanently connect two small-bore pipes or tubes with socket-weld connections at both ends.

The full coupling provides a compact and strong connection while maintaining a smooth and reliable piping configuration. They are widely used in process piping, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, instrumentation, pharmaceutical and other industrial applications.

Elite supplies Socket Weld Full Couplings in Class 3000, Class 6000 and Class 9000 pressure ratings and in a wide range of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex, nickel alloy, copper-nickel, titanium and special alloy materials.

Standards Note
ASME B16.11 is the primary standard for dimensions, ratings, tolerances, marking and material requirements for forged socket-welding fittings.
For Socket Weld Full Couplings, the applicable pressure classes are generally Class 3000, Class 6000 and Class 9000. Class 2000 is not included, as it is associated with threaded forged fittings rather than socket-weld fittings.
Other standards may apply to specific materials, inspection requirements or project specifications.
