| Standards note: ASTM A733 is commonly applicable to factory-made wrought carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel pipe nipples. ASME B16.11 applies to forged threaded fittings and should not be presented as the general governing standard for every pipe nipple. MSS SP-95 is specifically for swaged nipples and bull plugs and is therefore applicable when the product is a swage nipple. | ||
