Weldo Flanges

Weldo Flange | Branch Outlet Flange | ASME B16.5 Flange Dimensions, Where Applicable | Class 150–2500

Elite provides Weldo Flanges for branch connections in process piping, combining an integral branch outlet with a flanged connection. The design provides a compact 90° branch connection for connecting smaller or larger branch lines to a main header or pipe while maintaining a bolted flange connection at the branch outlet.

Weldo Flanges are commonly used in process piping, high-pressure systems, headers, manifolds, equipment connections and other applications where a flanged branch connection is preferred. Flange dimensions, pressure class, branch geometry and materials are selected according to the applicable flange standard, branch fitting requirements and project specifications.
